What is nutritional therapy?
Nutritional therapy uses food and supplements to replenish your stores of nutrients, giving your body the tools it needs to regenerate. (see below to see conditions it has been known to help).

How can nutritional therapy help me?
Miller will look at your symptoms and past health history and work out what nutrients you need to improve your health. The human body has an incredible ability to repair itself given half a chance. Her years of clinical experience will help her select the right dietary changes and supplements to help your body function better.

I'd better eat loads of pizza and chocolates before I see her, as she'll probably ban me from eating them.
You will be given suggested changes to your diet. We all make choices that aren't perhaps the best ones for us, and nutritional therapy with Miller will help identify areas you could improve. In order for her advice to work, it has to be manageable in your daily life, so no brown rice 3xpd, or bland soups, but a few suggestions that you are able to manage. Miller gives straight forward advice, small but effective changes.
